This Project Is Live — But the Case Study Isn’t

This project is currently in progress as part of my role at Esri. Due to confidentiality considerations—and because the site is being designed for an internal and external audience—the full case study and behind-the-scenes details cannot be shared at this time.

The redesigned experience will support a broad range of subpages and services. So far, my work has included user research, moderated and unmoderated interviews, usability testing, and card sorting. I’ve collaborated closely with writers, UI designers, and both internal and external stakeholders through workshops and design sessions to reimagine the structure, navigation, and storytelling across the entire site.

The new site is not yet published, but I look forward to sharing more once it’s live.
