Project Summary
UX Strategy | Content Structure | Stakeholder Collaboration
The Industry and Product sections of Esri’s website include dozens of microsites and subpages—each tailored to a unique audience, use case, or product capability. My role involves maintaining and shaping the UX and content strategy across these sites to ensure a cohesive narrative and user experience.
I meet regularly with stakeholders to plan, structure, and refine new and existing pages. Depending on the project, this includes outlining content direction, suggesting component usage based on storytelling goals, and reviewing drafts for consistency with brand tone and structure.
Through this ongoing effort, I’ve supported the successful launch and optimization of numerous pages across both sites—helping improve discoverability, unify voice, and align storytelling across Esri’s diverse offerings.
